Hoza Pizzeria
Check out there vegan wings and supreme vegan pizza. Don’t forget the vegan ranch!
Bare Knuckles Pizza
Best vegan pizza in Oakland. I asked my next door community where they get the best pizza and Bare Knuckles kept coming up. Although there pizza's are small, the taste is incredible. My favorite has been the vegan pepperoni. It taste as good as I remember pepperoni pizza tasting when I was younger. They're only open from Friday to Sunday though so check them out on those days.
Diamonds Slice Pizza:
Another delicious thin crust that has a pizza of the day that's vegan. It comes with special pesto sauce that's absolutely phenomenal. I was shocked by how yummy it was since I don't usually like pizza with no sauce. This one shocked me and was a close second.

Timeless Coffee:
This place has tons of vegan goodies.Try there vegan ham and cheese crossoints.
Pro Tip: they only do the special ham cheddar croissants from Friday-Sunday, and they usually run out by 9:30am! -Super popular item
The Butchers Son
This place makes amazing vegan sandwiches that are super filling and huge. I really like #thisismyaddiction sandwich. It is served on a soft kaiser roll with tofu scramble, cashew mozzarella, avocado, and bacon. It is very filling and packed with flavor. The Butchers Son uses the cheese that is found in Bare Knuckles Pizza's vegan pizzas. It is one of a kind. It is a very large breakfast so be mindful of that.
Paradise Park Cafe
This cute cafe on San Pablo Ave has a really great breakfast burrito that has tater tots in it. Need I say more!The breakfast burrito has chickpea, tofu, pico de gallo, black beans, roasted red peppers, cashew sour cream in a flour tortilla, served with more tater tots of course. This one is another heavy meal so I like to have it when Im craving something super filling.
The Well Cafe
Right on telegraph avenue you can check out this cute cafe. Regular portions, healthy ingredients, and great vibes. I love the acai bowls. They have a cute positive messages with inspirational murals in the bathroom and plants. Also all their plastic is compostable which is a plus.
For Tacos:
Cholita Linda
Cholita Linda is a casual cute place with absolutely amazing flavorful food. My favorites are: yucca fries, plantains, rice and beans, and tofu tacos. Yum!
Vietnamese Food:
Golden Lotus
Delicious Vietnamese food that fulfills your savory needs. My favorites have been the Curry Vermicelli Soup and Spicy Noodle Soup, along with their golden rolls, and wonton chips.
For Soul Food:
Vegan Mob
Street style food vibes with really amazing sandwiches. My favorites have been Shrimp Po Boy, Mob Burger and Nacho Cheesesteak sandwich.
Grandeur
Laid back spot near Lake Merritt that has really really good cauliflower wings.There twisted town fries are yummy too.
For Sandwiches:
Ike Sandwiches
I'll be honest I only come here to get the Pee Wee sandwich but this place is a quick stop to get a great sandwich on there special bread. Accompanied by tasty zapp's chips and a drink.
Malibu Burger
This place is like a vegan in and out. It is a new place that is definitely worth the hype. My favorite thing I've gotten there has been there tenders, chicken burger and shake. Wasn't a big fan of their cheesesteak.
For Sushi
Shizen
Best vegan sushi on earth! Just go!
Tane Vegan Izakaya
Sister company of the famous of Shizen in San Franscisco. Its a hidden spot on Berkeley campus but truly the best sushi ever. I have converted many folks with this sushi it is that good!
Salvage Hausu
Fairly new business in Oakland. I enjoy their simple menu. My favorite items are
"free the nipple" and mochi of course.
