Meet Ashley
Ashley is an accredited trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Sciences from the University of Connecticut, focusing on Public Health and Psychology. She also holds a Master’s in Public Health Nutrition from the University of California, Berkeley. A former athlete in track and field, soccer, tennis, and college rugby, Ashley brings a lifelong passion for movement and wellness to her work.
Ashley’s coaching philosophy emphasizes helping people find peace with their bodies and joy in movement and nutrition. Having personally experienced the harmful effects of diet culture and fitness misinformation, and witnessing family members struggle with diabetes and other metabolic conditions, Ashley was inspired to seek evidence-based approaches to health and wellness.
Her mission is to guide clients toward a sustainable, balanced lifestyle by integrating her expertise in nutrition, fitness, and psychology. She believes workouts should be fun, safe, and empowering. Her clients consistently describe her as warm, energetic, and uplifting.
Ashley specializes in working with individuals who want to gain strength, those new to fitness, and seniors. She is dedicated to creating personalized programs that help her clients feel strong, confident, and supported every step of the way.
